Usually someone and I are at work. It is not easy to be a permanent bento clan. Where can I have so much thought to make a delicious meal? Although it won’t be dented, the bento you make is healthy, nutritious, delicious, and most importantly, the food is what you like~~~
Probably because I am a foodie~~Probably because I am a greedy cat~~~ So I stay at home on weekends and make all kinds of delicious food~~~
The ingredients that are usually inconvenient to buy, usually take a little time, and the deliciousness that is usually unavailable~~ Let them appear on the weekend~~
I think I can't give up this hobby~~
To be a happy foodie is to go with good food~~
Today’s [Spinach Steamed Meatballs] still has no shape, but the taste is very delicious, a bite is delicious and juicy, and the steamed meatballs are quite healthy~~~
Whether you are a dieter or a health-conscious friend, you can try this dish, and you will never be disappointed~~"

[the Most Delicious and Juicy] Spinach Steamed Meatballs

1. Prepare ingredients: lean pork, spinach, yam, ginger;

2. Wash the lean pork meat, peel it, and chop it into minced meat together with the washed old ginger; peel the yam, wash, and dice;

3. Mix the minced meat with the diced yam, and add some cooking wine;

4. Add an appropriate amount of [Amoy] secret meat filling seasoning;

5. Add appropriate amount of vine pepper oil;

6. Then add an appropriate amount of starch;

7. Use chopsticks to draw the minced meat in a circle in the same direction, stir evenly, and marinate for about 15 minutes;

8. The minced meat is rolled into small balls and put in a steaming bowl; my steamer is relatively small, so I steamed it twice;

9. Add water to the steamer, put on the steaming bowl, and steam on medium heat for about 20 minutes;

10. In a separate pot, pour some water, salt, and vegetable oil to a boil;

11. Put in the washed spinach, turn off the heat, remove it, and let it soak for a while;

12. Squeeze the spinach out of water and form a circle. There are as many spinach circles as there are balls;

13. The steamed meatballs are served and placed on the spinach ring;

14. Set up another pot, pour the soup in the steaming bowl into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water;

15. Add an appropriate amount of [Amoy] secret meat filling seasoning, rattan pepper oil, and bring to a boil;

16. Add appropriate amount of water starch, stir evenly, turn off the heat;

17. Just pour the soup on the spinach meatballs.

Tips:

1. Spinach can be replaced by other green vegetables; yam can also be replaced by water chestnuts;
2. The seasonings in the ingredients can be changed according to your own preferences;
