For the understanding of food, I think sometimes it does not necessarily have to be the delicacy of the mountains and the sea. Maybe it was a bowl of hand-rolled noodles made by my mother, maybe a bowl of hot and sour noodles that I ate on the street with my lover, or "food stalls" with my brothers.

When I was young, my favorite thing to eat was the poached eggs made by my mother. (Haha! Isn’t it easy to kill?) I am a child that my parents only had until middle age, and my mother never owned any gold or jade jewelry in her life, and I was her Golden jade, jewelry in her palm. Now as we grow up slowly, our parents are slowly aging, forgetful, and no longer so agile in doing things. Then, just use the love that our parents gave us back to them.

This dish for everyone today is the little delicacy of common people, my childhood memories. taste of love! "

The Pearl in The Palm

1. Fat tofu, small green vegetables, eggs, dried shrimp skin, set aside.

2. Use a spoon to crush the internal fat tofu, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

3. Put the tofu in a small bowl.

4. Wash the vegetables and blanch them in water.

5. Put it on tofu.

6. Add a small amount of bone broth.

7. Steam for five minutes.

8. Eggs, fried into poached eggs. (I like the tender ones, so the fried ones are tender. I like the older ones. You can fry them for a while.)

9. Put the poached egg on top, sprinkle with shrimp skin, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
