The Pearl in The Palm

Fat tofu, small green vegetables, eggs, dried shrimp skin, set aside.

Use a spoon to crush the internal fat tofu, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Put the tofu in a small bowl.

Wash the vegetables and blanch them in water.
5.
Put it on tofu.
6.
Add a small amount of bone broth.
7.
Steam for five minutes.
8.
Eggs, fried into poached eggs. (I like the tender ones, so the fried ones are tender. I like the older ones. You can fry them for a while.)
9.
Put the poached egg on top, sprinkle with shrimp skin, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
