The Practice of Spicy Beef Jerky

Prepare all the ingredients, wash the fresh beef and cut it into small pieces of about 1.5 cm. Add the soy sauce and marinade juice and mix well, then add the cut beef cubes. Let the beef marinate for more than 1 hour or longer in the refrigerator to fully flavor the beef

Tips:
1. The above seasonings are for reference only, you can mix them as you like.
2. The beef cubes have been marinated for 4 hours, and the soup of the beef cubes can be eaten with the noodles. The flavor is very rich.
3. If you like spicy food, add proper amount of chili oil and pepper oil. The flavor is better.
4. It is best to choose fresh beef ribs. I use the stir-frying function of the PE8500W bread machine. When you use other brand bread machines, you can use the jam function instead.
