The Soul of Grilled Eggplant is The Sauce

Prepare all ingredients

Wash the eggplant and cut it in half, divide it into 4 sections, cut a few times on the cut surface

Put the eggplant on the baking tray and brush with a layer of oil

Put it in the oven, select high-temperature steam at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes

After steaming, take it out and brush with homemade seasoning (mixing Thai chutney, Korean hot sauce and soy sauce). Select the grill mode in the steamer and run at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes

The steaming oven selects the grill mode and runs at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes
Tips:
1. The eggplant has to be sliced to taste
2. The sauce can be adjusted according to your own preferences
3. Steaming first and then roasting can retain more moisture
