The Steamed Sea Bass is Tender and Tasteless, Nutritious and Delicious.

Prepare the following ingredients

Make a knife on each side of the back of the bass, as deep as the fish bone

Put the sea bass into the dish, and evenly coat the whole body with salt, put the prepared green onion and ginger in the dish, and marinate in cooking wine for ten minutes to let the fish get rid of the fishy smell on the body, so as to facilitate the better taste of the fish. After the fish is marinated, cover the pot and steam for ten minutes.

Add the shredded green onions and chili peppers that have been chopped in advance, and then add two spoons of steamed fish soy sauce and drizzle with hot oil.
Note: If there is no steamed fish soy sauce in your home, you can use light soy sauce and sugar instead. The ratio depends on your personal taste.
