To prepare the ingredients, the picture shows a bag of black pepper steak sauce. I actually used two bags. This depends on the taste to adjust.

Cut the Chiba tofu into slices, preferably a little thicker, not too thin, because it will expand when it is fried, and then it will shrink when it is fried. In order to have the meat, I think it is better to cut a little thicker than usual.
Cut the shallots for later use

Heat oil in the pot, add Qianye tofu and green onion all at once and stir fry.

Stir-fry Chiba Tofu over low heat, which has a slight yellow color. Add a bag first to let the salt in the sauce enter the tofu.

Continue to stir fry on low heat. If it is too dry, use less boiling water, taste and add a little salt and sugar

Tips:
Frying Qianye Tofu is not the same as frying it directly. You can try for your favorite partner.
