Thick Egg Roast with Garlic Moss

Wash the garlic moss.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them up.
3.
Finely chop garlic moss.
4.
Put it in the egg liquid.
5.
Sprinkle in sesame seeds and stir well.

Heat the pan with a layer of oil, pour part of the egg liquid, turn the pan by hand, make the liquid cover the bottom of the pan.

When the liquid is not completely solidified, roll up.

Then push it down.
9.
Pour the liquid again.

Roll up again.

Push it down again and repeat until the egg liquid is all poured out.

Tips:
1. Don't use too much oil.
2. Make a small fire throughout the whole process.
3. Cut the garlic moss as thinly as possible.
