This Bowl of Soup Goes Well with The Weekend: Papaya, White Fungus and Peach Gum Syrup
1.
Soak peach gum in clean water for 20 hours to soften and expand, and the volume will increase by about 10 times. Break it into smaller pieces.
2.
Soak the white fungus in water for 20 minutes to soften and cut into small pieces.
3.
Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small pieces.
4.
Pour peach gum, white fungus, papaya, rock sugar and water into a stew bowl.
5.
Cover and simmer in a pressure cooker for 60 minutes. (I used the electric pressure cooker to adjust the time a bit longer, the white fungus will be more delicious when it is stewed soft)
6.
After decompression and cool, take out the bowl. The soup is smooth and has a good taste.
Tips:
Making this soup is really zero skill. The most important thing is to remind you that if you are like me, you don’t like these sugar waters, but occasionally drink something that is good. Reduce the amount each time you make it, just one bowl or two bowls.
It's the weekend again. After get off work, buy the materials and go home to praise. You can also have breakfast tomorrow morning!
