Thousand Pages Tofu with Basil and Onion

I bought a thousand pages of tofu tofu, there are 2 pieces in it, take 1 piece, wash it, and cut it into slices

Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture. In order to save a little oil, I fry it in a small oil pan

The tofu will swell, this one is fried, and it shrinks again

Cut onion into small slices, prepare basil leaves, red pepper, garlic slices

Raise the frying pan, sauté the garlic slices, add the onion slices and fry them until the aroma

Put in the fried tofu and add a little salt

Add some dark soy sauce and sugar

Add some oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, add half of the basil leaves and stir fry together, pour sesame oil on the pan and sprinkle the other half of the basil leaves.
Tips:
Thousand-page tofu has a richer taste after being fried!
