This dish is golden in color, soft in meat, delicious in taste, fat but not greasy

Thousand Pieces of Meat

1. Prepare the pork belly and wash it well

2. Add sliced ginger, pepper, and cooking wine in a pot and cook until broken

3. Take out the pork belly and put sweet sauce on the skin

4. Spread all over and put it in the refrigerator overnight

5. After removing the pork belly, clean the sweet noodle sauce on the surface

6. Cut the pork belly into thin slices

7. Put the cut pork belly, skin side down, into a bowl

8. Put Mei Cai, black tempeh, sliced ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar on top of the meat

9. Put a small bunch of chives on top and put an appropriate amount of salt and pepper on the surface

10. Put the high heat in the pressure cooker and turn to low heat and steam for 30 minutes

11. After being steamed, take it out and put it on the plate

Tips:

Mei Cai should be soaked 2 hours in advance before use
