Three and Noodle Biscuits

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, corn flour, corn starch.

Mix the flour, cornmeal, and cornstarch evenly, and sieve for later use.

Put sugar, baking powder, and corn oil in the basin.

After stirring evenly, add pure water and stir evenly.

Put in the sifted powder.

Repeatedly toss up and down to form a soft dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1cm. Use a biscuit mold to press the green body,

Load the green body into the baking tray.

Bake the middle and lower layers in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, then turn to 150 degrees and bake for 6 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Serve ready to serve.
Tips:
1. Flour: Cornmeal: Cornstarch=2:1:1
2. You can also use butter instead of corn oil.
