Three-color Fried Shrimp

Shell the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, add a spoonful of starch, appropriate amount of pepper, and a spoonful of vegetable oil, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Peel and dice carrots, blanch the corn and peas, cook for 3 minutes, remove them and set aside.

1. Vegetables must be blanched in advance, otherwise the shrimps are easy to fry.
