Three-color Wonton

Add a little water to the greens and carrots to make juice and strain.

Add vegetable juice to the flour.

Use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent shape.

Make the dough by hand.

Use the noodle machine to press the noodle into the first stage.

Fold the three-color dough sheets together and remove the corners. Cut it in the middle and stack it together. (Brush a little water between the dough sheet and the dough sheet to make the bonding between the dough sheets stronger.)

Cut in half again and stack them together. Finally, cut into thick dough pieces of about 1 cm.

From the 1st gear to the 5th gear, go through the dough pressing machine at a time. Press the long dough sheet.

Sprinkle cornstarch on both sides of the long noodles, put all the noodles on top of each other, and cut them into trapezoid shapes with a sharp knife.

Cut wonton wrappers.

The pork, ginger and green onions are chopped into puree. Finely chop onions and carrots.

Add the light soy sauce and the remaining carrot juice to the pork, stir well.

Add the chopped carrots and onion.

Add vegetable oil, salt, and oyster sauce and stir in one direction.

Wontons.

Boil water in a pot and add wontons.

After the wonton floats, add seaweed and dried shrimp skin, add a little salt and sesame oil, and it can be served.
