Three Cups Chicken

Boil a pot of water, add a little cooking wine, add the chicken nuggets and blanch them. I usually use half a chicken to cut into pieces, or I can cut chicken legs and wings into pieces. I use chicken wings in the step diagram.

Remove and drain.

Add a little sesame oil, add ginger slices and fry until golden.

Add garlic cloves and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add chicken wings and stir fry until the skin is slightly golden.

Add sugar and stir fry to evenly color.

Add rice wine, soy sauce, and half of the sesame oil, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
8.
Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat. Add the nine-layer tower and sesame oil about 5 minutes in advance.
