1. Boil a pot of water, add a little cooking wine, add the chicken nuggets and blanch them. I usually use half a chicken to cut into pieces, or I can cut chicken legs and wings into pieces. I use chicken wings in the step diagram.

7. Add rice wine, soy sauce, and half of the sesame oil, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
