Three Cups Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken and cut into medium pieces. Prepare ginger, garlic seeds and red pepper.
2.
Boil water in a pot, pour the chicken pieces, and boil for a while.
3.
Scoop out the chicken pieces.
4.
Slice ginger, slice red pepper, cut garlic sprouts into sections, and peel garlic.
5.
Prepare a cup of sweet rice wine, a cup of sesame oil, and a cup of soy sauce. As long as the amount is the same, I used this soy sauce less because I was afraid that it would be too dark and unsightly. No old smokers, it's even more ugly.
6.
Heat oil in a pot and pour ginger and garlic seeds.
7.
Pour in the chicken pieces and stir fry for a while.
8.
Pour the red pepper, a cup of soy sauce, a cup of sesame oil, and a cup of sweet rice wine. Add salt and stir fry.
9.
Add some water a little bit, just before the chicken, and when the water is dry, add a few crystal sugar. It's out of the pot.
Tips:
The one cup of soy sauce, one cup of rice wine, and one cup of sesame oil refer to the same amount. You can adjust the amount according to your taste.
