Three Cups Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken, measure dry water, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
Raise the pan and slowly spread the oil to half the pan so that the chicken does not stick to the pan.
3.
Lift the oil pan and oil the chicken body once to make the surface golden brown.
4.
Add seasoning (a piece of brown sugar, a cup of soy sauce, a cup of wine) and an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Slowly pour it on the surface of the chicken with a spatula to make the color even.
6.
Cover the pot for 3 minutes, turn it over, and cover for another 3 minutes.
7.
It's on the dish! The delicious three cups of chicken are here.
8.
After cutting it, I saved myself a chicken leg as a reward.
