Three Fresh Fish Maw

Prepared materials. Soak the fish maw with warm water to remove the sand.

Wash the vegetables, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, and remove them.

Shell the winter bamboo shoots, slice them, and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.

Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry winter bamboo shoots and mushrooms.

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar.

Add appropriate amount of water and boil for a while.

Add the choy sum.

Add fish maw and stir fry a few times.
