Three Fresh Fried Dumplings

Pour 60g of boiling water into 200g of flour, stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent shape, then pour in 40g of cold water, and then mix into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap for about 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Chop the leeks and add oil and mix well, so that the water in the leeks can be sealed
