Three Fresh Fried Tofu

Cut the old tofu into pieces and set aside.

Wash the cabbage and hot peppers and cut them into cubes for later use.

The black fungus is soaked in warm water (water temperature is about 80 degrees), and after three minutes, the hair is soaked and cleaned.

Add oil in a hot pan, add old tofu after the oil is warm, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Pour out the excess salad oil, leave an appropriate amount of base oil, add the cabbage stalks and black fungus and stir fry for a while.

Then add the fried old tofu.

Add the chili and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the light soy sauce to taste.

Add some sugar and salt to taste.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce to taste.

Then add the cut small red peppers and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water and continue to simmer for a while.

Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of water, starch, and thicken it out of the pot.
