Three Fresh Millet Rice Crust

Wash the millet and soak for 25 minutes in advance

Add appropriate amount of water and steam for 15 minutes in a steamer

Add some cornstarch to the steamed millet and mix well

First take half and put it into a fresh-keeping bag and knead it into a ball

Roll out gently with a rolling pin

After rolling it out, cut into small pieces

Heat the oil pan to 50% hot and add the millet slices

Fry until golden brown and remove

Use kitchen towels to absorb excess oil

Stir the fragrant garlic slices in another frying pan. Grab the shrimps with cooking wine, salt and cornstarch in advance, then put them in the pot and fry until the color

Add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of water

Add some salt and chicken powder, pour in wet starch to thicken

Stir well

Pour in the re-fried millet rice noodles and stir-fry well
Tips:
You can also stir-fry the three fresh juice and pour it directly on the rice crust.
