Three Fresh Spring Rolls

1. Prepared ingredients.

2. Wash the mushrooms and celery, cut into small pieces, and rub the carrots into fine filaments.

3. For the chopped pork, use salt, light soy sauce, pepper, salad oil, and ginger to stir in one direction 3 times.

Tips:

Add celery leaves to make the aroma stronger. The hind leg meat is thinner, so add some cooking oil when making the meat filling, the taste will be better.
