Three Fresh Stir-fried Rice Cakes

1. Cut the rice cake into slices and wash them

2. Cut winter bamboo shoots into silk

3. Cut the leek sprouts into half finger lengths and cut the meat into shreds

4. Cut the sausage and mushrooms
