Three Fresh Wontons
1.
Minced plum meat, add shrimp skin, eggs, cornstarch, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt.
2.
Stir in the same direction.
3.
Dice the shrimp.
4.
Dice sea cucumber. (The Atlantic sea cucumbers bought by Costco are very clean, with intestinal tendons, and very crispy.)
5.
Put the shrimp and sea cucumber into the meat.
6.
Stir well.
7.
Add chopped green onion and sesame oil and mix well.
8.
Put the meat filling on the wonton wrapper and spread some water around it.
9.
Fold in half, and then pinch both sides to the middle. The big meat ravioli is just fine.
10.
Place a lot of wontons on a flat plate sprinkled with flour, freeze until hard, and put them in a fresh-keeping bag.
11.
Put the wontons in the boiling water pot.
12.
Boil until the water boils for about 2-3 minutes, pour in a bowl of cold water and continue to cook, cook until the wontons rise to the surface and the skin becomes transparent, and the wontons are full of water and they will be cooked.
13.
Boil the small green vegetables in the soup.
14.
Put the wonton in a bowl, put the greens, top with the soup, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and start eating.
15.
