My family likes to eat small wontons the most. Among them, the stuffed wontons are the most favorite. The soup is delicious and two bowls are not enough for one person.

Three Fresh Wontons

1. Add flour to water to form a smooth dough, let it rest for half an hour

2. Minced pork

3. Shrimp diced

4. Chopped leeks

5. Place the minced pork, diced shrimp, and chopped chives in a container, and pour in sesame oil

6. Pour in the soy sauce (you can use oyster sauce instead)

7. Add pepper powder

8. Add ginger powder

9. Add salt

10. Put in light soy sauce

11. Put oil

12. Stir in one direction evenly

13. Roll the dough into thin slices and cut into square pieces

14. Wrap it into your favorite wonton shape

15. Pack all

16. Boil water in a pot and put in small wontons

17. When cooking wontons, take a bowl, put seaweed, and pour the sauce (if you don’t have it, you can leave it alone)

18. Put salt

19. Put a spoonful of boiled wonton soup

20. Pour into the cooked wontons

21. Put the lettuce in the pot, boil the rest of the wonton soup for 20 seconds, remove it and put it in the bowl

22. Pour in sesame oil

23. Add chili oil

24. It's on the table

Tips:

When stirring the minced meat, stir it in one direction
