Three Fungus Green Vegetable Egg Drop Soup

Enoki mushroom, Matsutake mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus remove the roots and clean impurities, tear them into easy-to-eat chunks or strips and control the moisture

Select the root part of the greens and turn it into a single leaf. Repeatedly rinse the sediment and dry the water for use.
