Three Pepper Black Fungus

Prepare black fungus; soak hair, wash, drain and set aside.

Prepare vinegar, black pepper powder, pepper powder, light soy sauce, homemade red chopped pepper, pickled wild san pepper.

Chop the wild pepper and set aside.
