Three Pepper Chicken Mushrooms (alias: Fried Chicken is Delicious)

Shiitake mushrooms are more delicious if they are dried and soaked in water.

In order to make up the color, I don't eat pepper, but it will have a delicate fragrance when it is fried.

There is no normal chicken in Hong Kong 🐔, so I bought a chicken leg🍗 and a chicken chop🐤

Chop the chicken well and tear off the skin, because I don't eat chicken skin. Then feed a little salt, cooking wine, and ginger.

Put it in the frying pan and fry it.

Prepare garlic, ginger, and cinnamon.

Soak shiitake mushrooms and cut in half.

Add the fried chicken nuggets, add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt and stir fry (actually I think it might be good to add some sugar, so it’s braised)

Add shiitake mushrooms and continue to fry, add a small amount of water and simmer for a while.

Add the colored peppers to a boiling pot and stir fry. If it is not salty enough, add a small amount of salt. I wanted to add some chicken noodles, but the fried chicken with chicken noodles always feels weird.
