Three Peppers and Cumin Steak

Wash the pork ribs, put them in a bowl, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper powder, white sugar, cornstarch, and cumin powder. Grab them and marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot and heat it on a low heat, then put the marinated piglets into the pot and fry on medium heat. The vegetable oil just covers the ribs. Add a few star anise to taste

Sauce: Leave a little oil in the pot, put the diced millet peppers, pickled peppers, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers, and garlic into the oil pan to fry until fragrant. Add a little oil to taste and let the juice boil

Pour the broth boiled in the previous step on the fried pork short ribs and put a pinch of coriander on it.
