Three Shreds of Burdock

Prepare the materials. The sale of burdock in the north is relatively small, and it can be seen occasionally in supermarkets;

Peel off the skin of the burdock, wash and slice and shred;

Burdock needs to be soaked in clean water, it is very easy to oxidize and become dark;

Shred carrots and blanch them in a pot of boiling water;

The burdock should also be blanched and taken out after it is dead;

Tips:
Burdock is easy to oxidize, so cut burdock should be soaked in clean water to avoid blackening.
