Three Silk Braised Noodles

Garnishes: shred eggplant and cabbage, peel and shred cucumber, and slice garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the garlic slices.

Add eggplant shreds and stir-fry until soft.

Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry evenly.
