Three Silk Burdock
1.
Prepare the materials. The sale of burdock in the north is relatively small, and you can occasionally see it in supermarkets.
2.
Peel off the skin of the burdock, wash and slice, and cut into shreds. The burdock needs to be soaked in clean water to allow it to oxidize and become dark.
3.
Shred carrots and blanch them in a pot of boiling water; burdock should also be blanched, and remove after cutting.
4.
Put all the seasonings into the seasoning bowl and mix well
5.
Pour the sauce on the vegetable shreds and mix well.
6.
Put some coriander and mix in it for better taste
Tips:
Burdock is easy to oxidize, so cut burdock should be soaked in clean water to avoid blackening.
