Three Silk Chicken Breast Bento
1.
Peel the sweet potatoes and yams, cut into pieces, and steam them in a steamer for about 20 minutes. Just press it with chopsticks and it will be ready if you can easily pass it through. (Note: Fresh sweet potatoes can be cleaned with a brush; rubber gloves must be worn to clean the yam, otherwise it will be very itchy.)
2.
Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into thin pieces (more add flavor), add salt, black pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
3.
Heat in a frying pan on high heat, brush a thin layer of oil, add shredded ginger, put chicken breasts (drain the water to prevent base oil), and fry on both sides until the color changes.
4.
Wash black bean sprouts, peel and shred cucumbers and carrots. Bring the water to a boil, add a little oil, add the carrot shreds and black bean sprouts and blanch until the color changes, about 1 minute, pick up and drain the water and put it in a bowl. Add a little salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil (optional), stir evenly, sprinkle in white sesame seeds to add flavor.
