Three Silk Salad

All ingredients are cleaned and set aside

Shred green pepper and carrot, mince garlic

Drain the carrots in the water, drain them, and set aside. Cook the chicken breasts and let them cool slightly.

When cooling the chicken breast, make a bowl of cold sauce: put the minced garlic and chili powder in a bowl, drizzle with hot oil, add a spoonful of 10 g light salt soy sauce and a spoonful of rice vinegar, stir well and set aside

Tear the cold chicken breast into silk

Put the chicken breast shreds, carrot shreds and green pepper shreds in a basin, pour the cold sauce prepared in step 4 and stir evenly before serving.
Tips:
The cooked chicken is cooled and then torn to prevent it from being hot. The ingredients in the cold sauce can be changed according to my own preferences. My stomach is not good and I dare not eat spicy. Mixing a small plate with myself without paprika is also delicious , Do not put chili powder, you can not pour hot oil.
