Summer is here, and all kinds of vegetables and fruits are on the market. In the hot summer, appetizers for relieving heat are no other than cold dishes. I am used to eating cold cucumbers, and today I added a new dish, fresh watermelon rind, which is more crispy and delicious.

Three Silk Salad

1. Prepare the materials

2. Carrots, cucumbers, watermelon peels, shredded in turn

3. Mix the cut shreds together, add salt and sugar, and marinate for a while.

4. Remove the stalks of the garlic, flatten and peel, and then cut into minced garlic.

5. Squeeze the marinated silk out of water and put it on a plate.

6. Prepare an empty bowl, add vinegar, chicken bouillon and light soy sauce, cool to boil, and stir well.

7. Heat the pot, add rapeseed oil, heat the oil, turn off the heat, and use the remaining temperature to fry the minced garlic until fragrant.

8. Pour the prepared minced garlic and rapeseed oil into the mixed juice.

9. Pour the mixed juice on the three silks together.

Tips:

The watermelon rind should be fresh, crispy, and not too old, which will affect the taste.
If you like spicy food, top with chili oil.
Shred carrots as thinly as possible.
