Three Silk Salad

Wash the kelp shreds and cut into sections for later use.

Shred the cucumber and carrot for later use.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour shredded seaweed and carrots to blanch water.

Remove the cold water for later use.

Put the three wires in a container for later use.

Put the minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and light soy sauce in a container to make a sauce for later use.
