Three Silk Salad

Soak the kelp in water. After it is soft, open the knot and wash it off.

Cut carrots and kelp into thin strips.

Bring water to a boil, blanch shredded kelp and carrots. Don't last long, it won't taste good when it's soft. The colander is filled out.

Then change clean water and turn on the switch fire. Put the dried vermicelli in and stir. Cover the pot and simmer. For about 5 minutes, cool down with cold water to make the fans bite.

The garlic is flattened and finely chopped. Leave it for a while. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and sesame oil. Heat the oil in a hot pan and pour it on the sauce.
