Three Silk Salad

Shred lettuce and carrots. Put lettuce in a bowl and mix with a little salt to marinate for 5 minutes.

The vermicelli is boiled in boiling water, and then soaked in cold water.

The vermicelli drains the water, puts the carrot shreds, and then squeezes the lettuce shreds to remove the excess water and put on it. Shred the green onions and place them on the dishes.

Boil some hot oil and pour on the green onions.

Add salt, a little light soy sauce, white vinegar (I don’t have white vinegar anymore, the old vinegar is darker in color), sugar, sesame oil and pepper oil (you can put more pepper oil to make it more fragrant). If you like spicy food, add chili oil and mix well.
