Shred pork, lettuce and chili, soak vermicelli in water for about 5 minutes, mince garlic and mix with seasonings, and chop coriander

Bring a pot of water to a boil, turn to a low heat, add the pork shreds, blanch it and remove it

Cook the pork shreds and mix it with a small amount of sesame oil after cooling
