This dish is made with shredded cucumber, shredded dried tofu, and shredded egg skins with white, delicate vermicelli. It should be called the four shreds cold salad, but it is really awkward to call it. It's better to call it three-wire cold salad. This dish is especially suitable for eating in the hot summer. Three Silk Salad

1. Boil the fans with boiling water to soften
