Three Silk Spring Rolls

I bought the spring roll wrappers

Wash carrots and shredded, wash bean sprouts and set aside, cut chives into sections

Put a little oil in the pan, fry the carrots first to soften, add the chives and bean sprouts, stir fry, add salt and black pepper, mix well

Let the fried three-wire spread open to cool

Take a spring roll wrapper and put a small amount of three shreds on it

Roll up, fold in left and right

You can stick it with a little egg liquid at the end

Heat the pan and fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown. Pour some tomato sauce and it will be delicious.
Tips:
Stir-fry the three silks quickly. Pour it out if there is any moisture.
Keep watching when it's fried, otherwise it will get burnt easily.
