Three Spice Fried Pork

Ingredients: pork belly, soaked mushrooms, coriander sticks, celery, ginger, green onions, garlic.

Slice pork belly, slice shiitake mushrooms into thin strips, cut coriander stalks into inch sections, cut celery into inch sections similar to coriander, and chop ginger, green onions, and garlic.

After the pot is heated, add cooking oil, add pork belly and stir fry.
