Three Yellow Chicken with Cold Sauce

Wash the three yellow chicken, slice ginger, crush peanuts and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add green onion, ginger, three yellow chicken, cooking wine, and cook until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and let it stand for 1 hour in ice water.

Put the chicken chop on a plate, stir the light soy sauce, sugar, and red oil and pour it on the chicken.
Tips:
1. The chicken must not choose the old chicken, otherwise the taste will be chaotic.
2. Red oil sauce can be purchased in the supermarket as finished products.
