Wash the fresh front leg meat and set aside.

Peel (I used it for stewing soup) and chop.

Add a little water and mix well, then stir well with minced meat.

White jade mushroom and seafood mushroom.

Cut off a part of the white jade mushroom and seafood mushroom, wash and set aside. (The root can be used to stir-fry with green vegetables)

"Plant" the seafood mushrooms and the white jade mushrooms one by one on the meatloaf.

Steam on the pot for 20 minutes (high heat)

Take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and top with light soy sauce.

1 The amount of ingredients is adjusted according to the number of people.
2 The meat itself has oil, so there is no need to add extra oil.
