Thyme Grilled Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the ribs.
2.
After mashing the onion, ginger and garlic, add water to make the onion, ginger and garlic water.
3.
Pour the green onion, ginger and garlic water into the basin, add salt, sugar, rib sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and thyme.
4.
Massage for a while to make it taste better.
5.
Take a large bag, put the ribs in, massage the bag for a while, and then put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
6.
Take it out the next day. Because the plate is slightly smaller, the knife was changed and placed in the plate.
7.
Wrap with tin foil, preheat the oven in advance, 180 degrees, 45 minutes, middle and lower.
8.
Take out the pork ribs that have been roasted for 45 minutes and tie them with a toothpick. If the toothpick is pulled out, no blood will come out, which means it is fully mature. At this time, remove the tin foil and continue to bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Bake on both sides.
Tips:
1. If the scallion, ginger and garlic are marinated directly, it is not as thorough as the scallion, ginger and garlic water, but it should be noted that the scallion, ginger and garlic must be filtered to remove the residue, and only water is enough.
2. There are two types of grilling for ribs. One is to grill directly without tin foil, so that the meat is less watery and has a dry taste. On the contrary, the ribs baked with tin foil are rich in gravy, fresh and tender in the mouth. It is the same to bake the way you like.
