Old tofu is a breakfast that Tianjin people often eat. It is as famous as soy milk, fruit, and rice crackers. The old tofu in Tianjin is both marinated and seasoned. Among them, Lao Doufu focuses on making bittern. Regardless of returning to Han, it is meat and halogen. I didn't use chicken soup or rib soup for the stew. The stewed meat comes from Knorr's Pork Bone Soup. The thick soup treasure is really a treasure, and the bittern made with it is very delicious.

Tianjin Old Tofu

1. Soak the black fungus in advance

3. Add water to the boiling pot and boil the aniseed in the pot

8. After boiling, put Knorr Pork Bone Soup Po into the pot

12. Add oil to the pot and fry the fragrant pepper

13. Pour the hot pepper oil into the soy sauce and set aside

14. Tofu in a bowl

16. Pour in pepper oil

17. Add garlic juice

18. Drizzle in sesame sauce

19. Pour in chili oil at the end and enjoy

Tips:

Lao tofu should be cooked with meat, chicken soup, rib soup can be used, you can also pour eggs. Aniseed is essential.
The condiments are added according to personal taste.
