There are two kinds of dumplings for Tianjin People’s New Year’s Day, one is meat and three fresh dumplings to eat on New Year’s Eve, and the other is vegetarian dumplings to be eaten on the morning of the first day of the new year. The vegetarian dumpling fillings are not ordinary vegetable and egg fillings, but the Tianjin-style sesame bean curd-flavored vegetarian fillings~ Let’s talk about this kind of dumplings today~"

Tianjin Vegetarian Dumplings

1. Soak the day lily, dried mushrooms, fungus, and vermicelli, and then chop it into pieces with cabbage (or mung bean sprouts), gluten, dried fragrant, and coriander

2. Three teaspoons of sesame sauce, four pieces of red fermented bean curd, appropriate amount of sesame oil and fermented bean curd juice to mix evenly (if it is not salty enough, add appropriate amount of salt)

3. Stir the ingredients and seasonings evenly

4. Divide the dough that has been kneaded and wake up in advance, and roll it into dumpling wrappers.

5. Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and put some fillings into it to make dumplings

6. Boil the dumplings and cook them in a pot

Tips:

This filling can also be used to make vegetarian buns, I personally think it tastes better than dumplings~
