Tianqi Danshen Chicken Soup

Peel the chicken and chop into pieces.

Fly water to wash away the foam.

Wash the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, soak in water to soften it, and chop it to make it easy to taste. The soaked water can be used in the soup.

Red dates are pitted.

Peel and slice ginger.

Put the above ingredients into the soup pot, pour in the right amount of water, boil on high heat for 10 minutes, and turn to low heat for 2.5-3 hours.

After boiling, use a grease trap to skim the fat and season with salt. (My old hot soup usually doesn't contain salt, it has the original flavor.)

Soothes tendons and activates collaterals, promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis.
