My mother-in-law had a blood vessel blockage in her left leg, which caused her left leg to swell, and she was hospitalized. The Chinese medicine doctor said that this soup has auxiliary effects. People with high blood lipids and high cholesterol can drink it, and it happens that her husband can also drink it.
Both Tianqi and Danshen have the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Danshen can also prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and protect the heart. "

Tianqi Danshen Chicken Soup

1. Peel the chicken and chop into pieces.

2. Fly water to wash away the foam.

3. Wash the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, soak in water to soften it, and chop it to make it easy to taste. The soaked water can be used in the soup.

4. Red dates are pitted.

5. Peel and slice ginger.

6. Put the above ingredients into the soup pot, pour in the right amount of water, boil on high heat for 10 minutes, and turn to low heat for 2.5-3 hours.

7. After boiling, use a grease trap to skim the fat and season with salt. (My old hot soup usually doesn't contain salt, it has the original flavor.)

8. Soothes tendons and activates collaterals, promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis.
