Tieguanyin Tea Egg

A large collection of spices: 2 star anise, 1 white cardamom, 2 amomum, 1 ginger, 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves, 1 section of cinnamon, 1 packet of Tieguanyin tea

Add water again until almost no eggs, add 3 teaspoons of spices and salt, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce except for tea leaves. After boiling over high heat, add the tea leaves and boil until the water is dry until only 1/ 4 turn off the fire
