Tiger Dish

Rinse the shrimp skins with water to control the moisture.
2.
Cut the green onions into filaments about five or six centimeters long.
3.
Cut the sharp pepper into about five or six centimeters of filaments.
4.
Cut the coriander into pieces about the same length as the green onions and hot peppers.
5.
Cut red pepper into shreds. (Red peppers are mainly for embellishment of color, if you don’t put it, you can skip this step)
6.
Put all the ingredients in a container.
7.
Add seasonings, mix well and serve on a plate.
