Prepare the following ingredients: Rinse the unsalted shrimp skin with water to remove the moisture, wash the coriander, red cabbage, hot pepper, millet pepper, green onion, and carrot for later use, open the lid of the olive vegetable

Cut all the vegetables with a knife as shown in the picture below: shred green peppers, red cabbage and carrots, cut coriander into small pieces, and cut green onions and millet peppers into small cubes

Tips:
1. The selected ingredients must be fresh, so as to maintain a crispy taste;
2. When mixing, put the oil first, and the salt and olive vegetables later, so that the moisture in the vegetables will be locked;
3. Don't eat too spicy millet pepper, you can put less or don't put it.
